By placing an order with us, you agree to this Refund Policy.

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To request a return, please contact us at puureoxy@gmail.com with your order details. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted. You are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged for return.

Option A — Customer pays return shipping: Unless the return is due to our error, damaged goods, or a defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Option B — We provide return shipping: For eligible approved returns, we may provide a return shipping label. If the return is not due to our error, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Choose the option that fits your store.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10 business days]. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it may no longer be canceled and must follow the return process instead. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at puureoxy@gmail.com.

Refunds If you have not received your refund yet: Check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Contact your bank. Processing times can vary. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us atpuureoxy@gmail.com.

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for refund. Sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Due to the nature of digital products, downloads, software, online content, and other digital goods are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered, unless required by law.
